Any requests made less than 24 hrs before visit times will be an additional $10.

Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of 1/2 of the service cost will be incurred for cancellations made less than 24 hrs prior to visit time as well as high-demand holiday sits cancelled less than a week prior to their dates. The fee for last minute sit cancellations will be 25% of the total amount of the full sitting span.

HOLIDAYS

Daily visits and services scheduled on holidays will have a $20 holiday fee added.

Sits that fall on a holiday will have a $30 holiday fee for that day only.

Holidays include: New Year’s Day, MLK Day, Good Friday, Easter, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day
Thanksgiving Thursday/Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas, and New Year’s Eve.

KEY SERVICES

Key lock-out services: $35

Key concierge: $15 one way. We are able to pick up keys prior to scheduled services and deliver them after your return.

*Please understand that our visits and sits are handled by individuals who have had proper training in pet handling and basic medical care. They are protected by insurance, have passed a background check, and are personally interviewed, approved and trained. Our sits take place in your pet’s comfortable home environment. In addition to the love and care given to your pet, we also provide care for your home, including mail intake, plant watering, and other activities to indicate that your home is occupied.
